Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Gurugram. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating the team, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes monitoring team performance, providing training and support, developing strategies to improve productivity, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in setting and achieving performance targets
  • Adaptability and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of the finance, fintech, or lending industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using performance monitoring tools and software
