Position: QA manager

Job description:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for garment
production in accordance with customer requirements and industry best practices.

• Establish and maintain quality control checkpoints throughout the production process to
monitor and evaluate product quality and performance.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of raw materials, production processes, and finished
goods to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and sourcing, to
address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Train and mentor quality assurance staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and
knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

• Analyze quality data and metrics to track performance trends, identify root causes of quality
issues, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.

• Manage customer complaints and returns, investigate root causes of quality issues, and
coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and quality management
systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
