We are looking for an experienced QA/QC professional to implement and monitor quality standards across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with IS codes, NBC, RERA, and company quality standards through audits, inspections, and process improvements.

  • Implement QA/QC frameworks, policies, SOPs, and inspection protocols.
  • Conduct site quality audits, third-party testing, and ensure material compliance (cement, steel, concrete, MEP, finishes, faade, etc.).
  • Review and approve QA/QC plans, ITPs, and method statements from contractors/vendors.
  • Manage NCRs, CAPA, and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
  • Drive vendor/contractor quality evaluation during tendering and execution stages.
  • Implement ISO and RERA quality standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate with EHS teams for integrated safety and quality practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects and lead process improvements.
  • Manage defect liability during handover and post-possession phases.
  • Prepare QA/QC dashboards and compliance reports for management.
  • Train and mentor site QA/QC teams to maintain quality benchmarks.

  • Preferred candidate profile

  • B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred) / Diploma

  • 8 -12 years of QA/QC experience in real estate or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IS codes, NBC, RERA, and ISO standards.
  • Hands-on experience in quality audits, material testing, and documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
