Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Conceptual

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to design bespoke event experiences aligned with our luxury brand.
  • Contribute to event package development and promotional strategies.
  • Analyze client feedback and event outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Operational

  • Manage event documentation and ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Coordinate logistics: room setups, AV, menus, staffing, and more.
  • Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory planning for events.

Interpersonal

  • Build strong client relationships with personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Foster seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What We're Looking

  • For
    Education: Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in F&B or sales operations, with hands-on event coordination in luxury hospitality
