This role isn't just about cold calls or meeting sales targets—it's about enabling our sales team to succeed and ensuring a seamless experience for our merchant partners. You'll play a key role in assisting with merchant communication, coordinating internal sales resources, and supporting overall sales operations.

You will be Responsible for:

  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and establish/maintain relationships with them.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential business
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with existing merchants to facilitate repeat business
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
  • Support the creation of high-quality sales presentations and attend meetings when required
  • Respond promptly to merchant inquiries and provide post-sales assistance
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM tools and generate reports as needed
  • Act as the go-to support for sales representatives and help troubleshoot merchant concerns
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and business needs
  • Be responsible for new client acquisition, revenue growth as well as existing clients' retention and relationship

Must Have:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills (English Hindi) Mandatory
  • Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline, MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus).
  • Fresher-1 years of experience in inside sales / business development.
