Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Khopoli for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, ensuring regulatory adherence, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. Additional duties include leading audits, managing cash flow, and collaborating with department heads to ensure accurate financial planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting principles
  • Experience in compliance, audit processes, and regulatory frameworks
  • Skilled in cash flow management and cost control strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in financial software applications and tools
  • Relevant work experience in the hospitality sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus
