Finance Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Controller at Plant to manage and overseeing the financial operations of our stainless-steel wire and bar manufacturing plants. The position requires a strong background in accounting, finance, costing and SAP
- Responsible for developing and implementing financial plans and strategies for the company, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, AR, AP, GL, Inventory, Costing & revenue recognition including monthly financials & MISs
- Monitor and implement internal financial controls as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks
- Responsible for developing and maintaining cost accounting systems for plant, including monitoring production costs, analyzing variances, and devising cost-saving strategies.
- Oversee inventory management, including inventory control and valuation of inventory.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the SAP system, including inventory, production, and sales transactions.
- To comply with regulatory compliances such as direct, indirect taxes, import-export regulations, including plant related commercial compliances
- Manage and maintain SAP system for the plant, ensuring accuracy of data
- Manage and coordinate external audits and compliance reviews
- Manage the accounting team, including development and training.
- Work closely with other departments, including production, engineering, and sales, to ensure that costing and pricing strategies are aligned with business goals.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year

- Khopoli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SAP Finance & Controlling: 10 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Chartered Accountant/CA Inter / ICWA (required)
