We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive qualified leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a business mindset, leadership qualities, and hands-on expertise in managing digital platforms, campaigns, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow all social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Plan & execute lead generation campaigns tailored for the real estate sector
- Strategize, create, and post engaging content to build brand awareness and drive inquiries
- Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Monitor analytics & optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions
- Manage the CRM system: track leads, nurture them, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and real estate industry practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing & CRM tools
- Excellent communication & creative content skills
- Leadership quality with ability to manage campaigns independently
- Business mindset with a focus on performance and conversions
- Based in Delhi NCR (mandatory)
