
Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital marketing professional to join our innovative team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, optimize and adjust strategies based on market trends, performance data, and industry changes.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various channels, monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment.
- Content Management: Develop and manage content strategies that engage the target audience and drive traffic, coordinate with content creators to ensure high-quality and relevant content is produced and published.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on investment, prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and digital marketing efforts.
- SEO and SEM: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility, manage SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts and ensure they align with the brand's voice and objectives, develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Design and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers, optimize lead funnels and user journeys to enhance conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and spending.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data, develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, design, to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives, communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporate innovative approaches and tools into digital marketing strategies.
