Job Overview:They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with 8 years of sales experience, preferably inthe automotive industry, to drive the sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and achieveexceptional revenue growth. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the complete salescycle, from developing a sales strategy to executing it effectively, while also fostering strong relationshipswith key stakeholders and customers.

This is a highly hands-on, strategic, and leadership role where youwill have the opportunity to build your own team from the ground up and create SOPs that set thestandard for success. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceedsales targets, grow market share, and increase brand presence for the client.  Team Building & Leadership: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team, from recruitment to training and performance evaluation.

Create and implement the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with company goals.  Sales Performance: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and team support. Drive results and take action to overcome obstacles and challenges.

 Networking & Relationship Management: Cultivate a strong network within the automotive industry, leveraging relationships with key stakeholders, dealerships, and customers to generate new business opportunities.  Dealer Management & Network: Manage and expand the dealer network, fostering strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying and developing new dealer partnerships. Ensure all dealers adhere to company standards and processes for optimal performance.

 Dealer Management System (DMS): Ensure the effective use of Dealer Management Systems(DMS) to track, manage, and analyze dealer performance, sales data, and customer interactions to improve overall sales performance.  Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and maintain competitive edge in the automotive market.  Showroom Expansion & Setup: Identify and evaluate potential locations for showroom expansion, considering market demand, customer demographics, and regional trends.

Oversee the setup of new showrooms, ensuring they align with company branding and operational standards.  Communication & Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management,highlighting key metrics, progress, and any challenges. Maintain clear and open communication across all departments to ensure alignment and success.

 Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction by offering tailored solutions, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service at every stage of the sales process.  Go-Getter Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude to solve problems and seize opportunities. Be a hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires others to reach their full potential.

Qualifications: Experience: 8 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a track recordof driving sales growth and achieving targets. Experience in building and leading teams is a must.  Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and develop a team tomeet ambitious goals.

 Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the automotive industry, its trends, challenges,and customer expectations. Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is a plus.  Strong Network: Established relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, dealerships,and potential customers.

 Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with theability to engage effectively at all levels, internally and externally.  Go-Getter Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion forclosing deals and building long-term customer relationships.  Educational Background: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
