Role Description

We are looking for a passionate
AI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance healthcare operations, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong AI/ML development skills, hands-on experience with LLMs or NLP models, and a desire to innovate in the healthcare technology domain.

Qualifications

  • Develop and deploy
    AI/ML models
    for healthcare-related use cases such as patient interaction, diagnostics support, and medical data analysis.
  • Build and optimize
    natural language processing (NLP)
    pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
  • Work on
    LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines
    , and
    AI chatbots
    to power conversational healthcare experiences.
  • Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate AI models into live systems.
  • Research and implement
    predictive analytics
    solutions for healthcare workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in
    generative AI, clinical NLP, and multimodal AI systems
    .

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in
    machine learning, NLP, or LLM-based model development
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python
    ,
    TensorFlow/PyTorch
    , and
    FastAPI
    .
  • Experience working with
    Hugging Face
    ,
    LangChain
    , and
    vector databases
    (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.).
  • Ability to design and deploy
    AI microservices
    and integrate with backend APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Experience building
AI chatbots or voice agents

Familiarity with
speech recognition (STT)
and
text-to-speech (TTS)
technologies.

Exposure to
healthcare data standards
such as HL7/FHIR (preferred, not mandatory).

Understanding of
HIPAA or data compliance
(preferred, not mandatory).

Knowledge of
cloud deployment
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
