Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
  • Carry out inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for necessary supplies and spare parts.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and optimize costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance manager or similar role (typically 5–8 years).
  • Strong knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance best practices.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
