We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership and Execution:Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycleDevelop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgetsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetClient Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level clientsManage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfactionConduct regular client meetings and provide comprehensive project updatesTeam Management:Lead, mentor, and develop project teamsAllocate resources effectively across projectsFoster a collaborative and high-performance team environmentFinancial Management:Develop and manage project budgetsMonitor and control project costsMaximize project profitability while maintaining quality standardsRisk Management:Identify, assess, and mitigate project risksDevelop contingency plans and implement risk mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesStakeholder Management:Identify and engage with key stakeholdersManage expectations and communicate effectively with all partiesResolve conflicts and negotiate solutionsQuality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverablesImplement quality control processesEnsure client satisfaction with project outcomesBusiness Development:Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunitiesParticipate in proposal development and client presentationsContribute to the growth and success of the PDS departmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate or constructionPMP certification preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and MS Office suiteDemonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in financial management and budgetingKnowledge of industry standards, building codes, and regulationsThis role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
