Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager with experience in water industries such as STP, WTP, RO, and Swimming pools. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role includes conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Knowledge of STP, WTP, RO, and Swimming pool industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in water industry sectors is a plus
