Key Responsibilities:

Book purchase bills after verifying PO + GRN + Invoice (3-way match).

Manage expense bill booking for rent, utilities, and third-party manpower.

Verify contracts, agreements, and approvals before accounting expenses.

Maintain and track fixed assets accounting.

Support statutory, tax, GST, and compliance audits.

Prepare monthly accruals for pending bills and reconcile ledger balances.

Coordinate with internal teams for bill approvals and data requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Strong skills in MS Excel.

Working knowledge of Zoho Books

Experience in a CA firm, startup, or e-commerce setup is a plus.
