Job Description: Guest Relations Executive – Drone Videography & Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, provide information about drone videography packages, and create an inviting atmosphere at the event site[5][6].

- Explain service offerings (e.g., ₹500 and ₹1200 videography/photo packages), address guest inquiries, and assist them in selecting appropriate packages to suit their needs[5].

- Manage guest registrations, coordinate scheduling for drone shoots, and monitor waiting queues, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction[2].

- Liaise between guests, the drone operations team, and management to communicate guest preferences, special requests, or service issues promptly[6].

- Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate serious matters to supervisors as needed[2][6].

- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate sales and guest service records.

- Upsell premium packages, encourage social media sharing of guest experiences, and collect guest feedback for continuous improvement[6].

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and privacy guidelines for drone operations at all times[5].

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)[5].

- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, tourism, or sales roles is desirable.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Hindi preferred[2][6].

- Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, and a customer-first attitude[2][5].

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle dynamic, high-traffic environments.

- Sales orientation with enthusiasm for drone technology and tourism experiences.
