Summary

As a Growth Platforms Technology Specialist, youll play a key role in managing the go-to-market (GTM) platforms that complement our core sales and marketing ecosystem. As part of the Experience & Platforms Team, youll help optimize third-party tools such as Databook, Bombora, and LinkedIn Sales Navigatorplatforms that enable our professionals to better engage prospects, collaborate across teams, and deliver compelling client experiences.

This role balances oversight of plug-and-play tools (requiring user administration, usage monitoring, and enablement support) with deeper involvement in configurable platforms (requiring a strong understanding of data relationships, platform design, and integration across the GTM stack).

Responsibilities

  • Manage user administration, license allocation, and platform access
  • Monitor engagement and usage trends; escalate needs or gaps to platform leads
  • Support change management efforts to encourage adoption and alignment with GTM strategies
  • Assist in the creation of enablement resources, training, and communications
  • Track ROI and usage patterns to inform future investment or optimization decisions
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate and basic API integrations
  • Exposure to reporting or dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, native analytics) to track adoption and drive insights
  • Ability to translate technical changes into user-centric experiences and simplify platform complexity for end users
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
  • Ability to travel as needed

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with workflow design, user interface customization, and process optimization
  • Experience with plug-and-play tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bombora) focused on user administration, reporting, and enablement
  • Working knowledge of configurable platforms such as Wrike, including workflow and structure setup
  • Understanding of data relationships, platform interoperability, and integrations across CRM, marketing automation platforms
  • Familiarity with the go-to-market funnel, including sales enablement, lead generation, and content lifecycle workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in a global, distributed, and cross-cultural team environment
  • Experience working in or alongside Agile project teams with comfort in iterative delivery and cross-functional coordination

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) platform operations or configuration
