Key Responsibilities:

Assist advertisers in tracking conversions and implementing tags for Google Ads, Analytics, Shopping, and GTM.

Provide technical troubleshooting and resolve advertiser issues efficiently.

Conduct training sessions & calibration meetings with market teams.

Create design concepts for presentations, print, web, and rich media.

Monitor and follow up on open issues, coaching, and feedback.

Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

Conduct refresher training and support process improvement initiatives.

Provide technical feedback on escalations and contribute to workflow enhancements.

Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have Skills):

Advanced English (C1 level) + 1 EU Language (Written & Verbal at a Business Level).

Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Shopping, GTM.

Proficiency in HTML for troubleshooting and implementation.

Ability to handle complex advertiser cases and provide solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages is a plus.

Strong training & coaching skills for process improvements.

Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
