About the Job
IntouchCXs Global Marketing Department is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and
performance-driven Associate Manager - Google Ads who thrives in a fast-paced, campaign-led environment. Sound like you? Read on
Youll be part of the Demand Generation team and lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. Your role will focus on generating quality leads, improving conversion rates, and lowering cost per acquisition for B2B SaaS campaigns, primarily targeting North American markets.
Youll work closely with the Campaign Managers, Brand & Communications, Sales and Creative teams to ensure campaign messaging, audience targeting, and landing pages are optimized for impact.
Do you thrive on testing and scaling high-performing ads? Are you fluent in CPCs, CTRs, and conversion tags? Have you successfully run Google Ads for long sales cycles or ABM programs?
Youre also someone who loves working with a collaborative, global team at one of the worlds most innovative and fastest-growing BPO companies. Youll be reporting directly to the Senior Manager.
As Associate Manager - Google Ads, You Will...
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max
- Focus on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and cost-effective CPL
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
- Write and test ad copy and extensions tailored to B2B decision-makers across verticals
- Monitor performance KPIs including CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, and implement regular optimizations
- Ensure ad messaging and landing pages are aligned by collaborating with content and design teams
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Analyze campaign data and lead recommendations to improve performance and lead quality
- Ensure alignment with broader campaign strategy and demand gen priorities
- Stay up to date with Google Ads best practices and platform innovations relevant to B2B
As Associate Manager - Google Ads, You Have...
- 2-6 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in a B2B environment, SaaS or tech services preferred
- Experience targeting North American markets with a focus on enterprise personas
- Google Ads Certification (or willingness to complete within the first month)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Excellent understanding of core paid media metrics, segmentation, and bidding strategies
- Ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and execute in fast-paced, distributed teams
- Bachelors degree in marketing, digital advertising, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment with shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, or Demand base
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, retargeting, and lead nurturing workflows
- Familiarity with ABM or content-driven paid strategies
- Awareness of regional messaging preferences in North America
