About the Role

We're building India's first experiential retail premium jewellery brand — rooted in

culture, identity, and modern femininity. While the brand name goes live next month, our

storytelling begins now.

We're looking for a Social PR and Communications Executive to join our growing social

team. This is not traditional PR. This is about earned relevance through headlines, collabs,

campaigns, and cultural resonance. You'll help us craft how the world sees us across media,

influencers, and social conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Storytelling and Copywriting

● Write press releases, brand notes, media bios, pitch decks, and campaign narratives

● Support social and content teams with PR hooks, LinkedIn captions, and reactive

communication

● Maintain a consistent, sharp tone across all earned-facing materials

PR Coordination & Execution

● Work closely with PR agencies and internal teams on campaign rollouts

● Manage media trackers, coverage logs, and press assets

● Coordinate select earned moments independently from celeb dressing to product

spotlights

Media and Culture Tracking

● Monitor press, social, and culture platforms daily to identify relevant hooks

● Flag earned opportunities that align with the brand's tone and values

● Ensure PR is woven into the larger content and social ecosystem

What We're Looking For

● 3-5 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand storytelling

● Strong writing skills — especially short-form, editorial, and pitch-ready content

● Understanding of how PR works across both traditional and social-first media

● Strong sense of what earns attention organically versus what feels planted

● Highly organised, deadline-driven, and proactive

Bonus if You Have

● Experience with early-stage fashion, luxury, or consumer brands

● Exposure to PR around retail launches, cultural campaigns, or celebrity seeding

● A network or understanding of key lifestyle and fashion media platforms
