Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic PR Ambassador to drive high-level collaborations with industry leaders, including CEOs, CXOs, founders, and leadership teams of other organizations. This role involves creative outreach using tailored email templates and managing content collaborations across CloudHire's platforms, such as articles, blogs, podcasts, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Outreach:

  • Design and send impactful email templates to executives and leadership roles, inviting them to collaborate across CloudHire's content platforms.

Collaboration Management:

  • Coordinate collaboration initiatives including articles, blogs, podcasts, and social media posts.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews or facilitate collaboration materials with industry leaders.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage all stakeholders involved, ensuring smooth communication and timely publishing of content.

Content Creation & Publishing:

  • Produce articles based on SEO strategies or trending topics to increase visibility.
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging content is published across relevant channels.

Pre-interview Research:

  • Thoroughly research each prospect before the interview to ensure meaningful conversations and tailored content.

Brand Advocacy & Promotion:

  • Softly promote CloudHire's brand and services during collaborations and conversations.
  • Actively help in CloudHire promotions across social media channels.
  • Work to secure special features and visibility for CloudHire on social and professional platforms.
  • Register CloudHire for relevant awards and seek out proper accreditations to boost the company's credibility.

Communication:

  • Maintain excellent communication standards, both internally and externally.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of new executive collaborations initiated per month
  • Number of interviews or collaborative content produced monthly
  • Quality and engagement of published content (views, shares, SEO ranking improvements)
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback scores
  • Conversion rate of prospects to CloudHire clients or partners
  • Timeliness of content publication and stakeholder updates
  • Growth in social media reach and engagement due to collaborative material
  • Frequency and quality of SEO/trend-based articles created
  • Number of special features secured for CloudHire
  • Successful registrations for relevant awards and accreditations
  • Increased credibility and recognition of CloudHire in the industry
