We are hiring Transition Manager(Non IT) - for our Client in Gurugram. . Someone with experience in transitions full time in a BPO/KPO set up .

Strong project management experience – NON IT TransitionsExp - 8 to 10 yrsRel Exp in Transitions- 4 to 5yrsJob Title: Transition Manager Location: India Experience: 8–12 yearsRole Summary: The Transition Manager is responsible for managing the successful transition of services in a global shared services environment. This includes planning and execution of transition activities, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and handover.
Key Responsibilities:End-to-end responsibility for transition projects including planning, execution, and closure. Develop transition plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders. Drive process standardization and best practices in transitions. Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer is completed.
Qualifications and Experience:8–12 years of experience in managing transitions, preferably in a shared services or outsourcing environment. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in managing complex, multi-region transitions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. PMP or similar certification is desirable.
