  • This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of complex transition and project management initiatives. The Sr Transition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire transition process, from planning and execution to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, including scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Manage risks and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful transition and project management initiatives in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, with experience of working with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the BPO/Outsourcing space, with experience of managing complex transition/transformation projects.
