Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Associate Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our existing enterprise clients. The primary responsibility will be to drive growth within assigned accounts both vertically (deepening engagement) and horizontally (cross-selling solutions) while ensuring superior client satisfaction. The role will also involve identifying and onboarding new enterprise accounts to expand the customer portfolio.
This position is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with occasional travel to meet clients across locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing enterprise accounts and ensure strong, long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell training and talent solutions within existing client accounts.
- Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to position relevant EdTech and workforce transformation offerings.
- Coordinate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
- Proactively manage client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure timely renewals.
- Support business development efforts by identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients.
- Track account performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and industry forums as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Enterprise Sales.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Corporate Training, or Talent Solutions domain preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and reviews.
- Based in Vadodara, Gujarat (mandatory).
