Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused
Associate Account Manager
to manage and expand relationships with our existing enterprise clients. The primary responsibility will be to drive
growth within assigned accounts
— both
vertically (deepening engagement)
and
horizontally (cross-selling solutions)
— while ensuring superior client satisfaction. The role will also involve identifying and onboarding
new enterprise accounts
to expand the customer portfolio.

This position is based in
Vadodara, Gujarat
, with occasional travel to meet clients across locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing enterprise accounts and ensure strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to
    upsell and cross-sell
    training and talent solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to position relevant EdTech and workforce transformation offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
  • Proactively manage client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients.
  • Track account performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and industry forums as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience
    in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Prior experience in
    EdTech, Corporate Training, or Talent Solutions
    domain preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and reviews.
  • Based in
    Vadodara, Gujarat
    (mandatory).
