Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions to increase product awareness and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Present product information and provide scientific details to support prescriptions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers
  • Organize and conduct product demonstrations, medical meetings, CMEs, and awareness camps
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory
  • Submit daily reports, call notes, and sales data to the reporting manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all activities
  • Handle customer queries, provide product samples, and follow up on prescriptions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in pharma, healthcare, or biotech companies
  • Familiarity with local market dynamics and a strong network of HCPs
  • Certification in sales or medical product training is a plus
  • Fluent in English and local language(s)
