Position Overview

We seek an AI-native junior operations leader who views AI not just as a tool but as a force multiplier. You'll orchestrate new delivery opportunities for Nexxence, revitalize our affiliate marketing properties, participate in rapid development of new products/capabilities and build teams that achieve outcomes previously thought impossible. This role demands someone who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple business lines. Someone who can seamlessly switch between being the player and the coach while exceeding expectations on both sides of the shop.

Job Duties

• Design and implement AI-augmented workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging agentic tools to multiply team productivity by 5-10X.
• Build agentic AI systems for accelerated development/pilots, automated quality control, customer insights extraction, and service optimization across all properties.
• Create prompt engineering frameworks that enable consistent, exceptional results across diverse business lines.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new AI tools, maintaining our position at the cutting edge.
• Oversee daily operations for all beta customers (and paying customers in the future), ensuring proprietary customer success score improvements exceed targets.
• Develop and refine AI-powered service delivery playbooks.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues.
• Design scalable processes that maintain quality while supporting 10X growth.
• Collaborate with development team to prioritize platform enhancements.
• Lead the revitalization of affiliate marketing portals to recapture lost market share
• Apply AI-driven content generation and SEO optimization to scale organic traffic
• Modernize user experience across WordPress, Shopify, and React-based properties
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue per visitor
• Build automated systems for content updates, deal verification, and user engagement
• Own the full product lifecycle across multiple web properties
• Design & execute digital marketing strategies leveraging AI for content creation and distribution
• Optimize paid acquisition channels while building sustainable organic growth
• A/B test continuously to improve conversion funnels
• Analyze user behavior data to identify growth opportunities
• Lead a team of content developers, full-stack developers, and digital marketing associates
• Recruit and retain top talent who embrace AI-first mindsets
• Design training programs that transform good employees into AI-powered super performers
• Create performance frameworks that reward innovation and efficiency
• Build culture of extreme ownership across diverse business functions
• Participate in 2-3 weekly strategy calls (8-11 PM IST) to align on priorities
• Provide data-driven insights on all business lines
• Co-create scaling strategies for portfolio growth
• Serve as thought partner on product roadmap and market positioning
• Identify and implement synergies across Nexxence and affiliate properties
• Build unified operational excellence framework
• Leverage learnings from each property to improve others
• Create systems that allow small teams to manage multiple properties efficiently

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, product management, or growth roles at digital companies
• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or Marketing (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience managing multiple web properties or product lines
• Track record in affiliate marketing, SEO, or digital content businesses
• Demonstrated expertise in AI tools with concrete examples of 5-10X productivity gains
• Experience building and leading diverse teams of 5+ people
• Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize across multiple KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Advanced prompt engineering skills across multiple LLMs
• Experience with AI-powered content generation at scale
• Proficiency with WordPress, basic understanding of Shopify and React
• Experience building automated workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar
• Understanding of modern SEO and its intersection with AI
• Portfolio of AI-powered solutions or processes you've created
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, organic and paid acquisition channels
• Experience with conversion rate optimization
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing ecosystems
• Track record of scaling digital properties profitably

Pay: Up to ₹125,000.00 per month
