Job Opening: Male Home Care Assistant for Senior with Dementia (Pune)

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate, and professional male home care assistant to support an elderly gentleman living with dementia. This is a full-time, live-out position in Pune, requiring 12 hours of daytime care daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time supervision and companionship throughout the day
  • Assist with daily routine and accompany him on walks or to the park
  • Ensure he is never left unattended
  • Stay with him at home during periods when the family is traveling

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in dementia or elderly care is mandatory
  • Relevant caregiving certifications or healthcare training required
  • Must provide at least two professional references
  • Police background verification and ID proof are essential
  • Must hold any applicable licenses or caregiving registrations (as per local/state guidelines)
  • Physically fit, calm, and attentive to the needs of the elderly
  • Fluent in Hindi or Marathi (basic English is a plus)

Job Location:

Private residence in Pune (exact location will be shared during the interview)

Working Hours:

12-hour day shift (specific timing to be discussed)

Compensation:

Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications
