About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Inventory & Sales Executive
to manage and report daily sales, stock movement, and inventory status across our stores. You will help the management team understand what is selling, what is stuck, and how to optimize inventory levels for better profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily sales & stock reports (opening, closing, movement).
  • Reconcile physical vs. system stock regularly.
  • Analyze fast- and slow-moving SKUs & recommend actions.
  • Track low-stock, overstock, and out-of-stock items.
  • Maintain accurate data in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP.
  • Share weekly dashboards & insights with management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1 years' experience in inventory / sales reporting / retail analysis.
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Attention to detail & comfort working with data.
  • Experience with ERP or POS systems (Tally, Zoho, Genesys, etc.) is a plus.
