HSE Plan Development & Implementation:

  • Create, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE plans for all project phases, ensuring adherence to national and international safety standards like OSHA.
  • Risk Management:
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential hazards related to electrical, mechanical, and environmental issues.
  • Training & Awareness:
  • Deliver various safety training programs, including inductions, toolbox talks, and specific trainings on working at heights, electrical safety, and confined spaces.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards, maintain detailed safety documentation (checklists, training records, incident reports), and prepare reports for management and authorities.
  • Incident Investigation:
  • Lead investigations into accidents and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Site Monitoring:
  • Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensure the effectiveness of emergency protocols, and promote a positive safety culture on site.
  • Emergency Preparedness:
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to evaluate preparedness.
