Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Land Survey, located in Kushtagi. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing land survey projects, managing stormwater and infrastructure inspections, leading a team, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. The role involves detailed site inspections and active participation in project management to ensure all regulatory and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management and Stormwater Management
• Strong Team Leadership and Inspection skills
• Knowledge of Infrastructure development and management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
