Days & Time: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Stipend: Performance Based (Outcome-based Incentives upto 50,000)

About the Opportunity

VishvaVidya's Return-to-Work Internship Program is designed for professionals with prior experience who are looking to restart their careers after a break. This program provides exposure to the latest practices in recruitment, staffing, placements, and HR automation. Candidates will work on live requirements, regain professional confidence, and transition back into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support external placements by coordinating with hiring partners and candidates.
  • Handle staffing requirements across projects.
  • Learn and implement HR automation tools to streamline recruitment.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and pipelines.
  • Work towards defined outcomes to qualify for attractive performance-based incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 2+ years of prior experience in HR, Recruitment, or related domains (career gap accepted).
  • BBA, MBA, or PGDM (HR specialization preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Enthusiastic about restarting a professional career in HR.
