Job description Were active members of the communities we serve Thats why at Stantec we always design with community in mind We believe growing a great design company happens from the inside out We look for people who are drawn to use every talent they possess plus creativity determination and a drive to do the extraordinary The Stantec community unites approximately 22 000 employees working in over 400 locations across six continents We collaborate across disciplines and industries to bring projects to life Our work as architects engineers and consultants from initial project concept and planning through design construction and commissioning is built on a solid history of success So when we take on a project we see the opportunity to make a lasting connection with the people and places where we live and work Redefine your personal best Join us Work independently on talent acquisition requirements manage complete recruitment life cycle for IT and non-IT positions ensuring a positive hiring experience for candidates hiring managers and other stakeholders involved in the hiring process Meet TAT and work consistently in minimizing hiring lead time Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role target industry and active -passive talent pool Work with hiring manager to develop and update job descriptions Attract talent using job portals Stantec career page employee referral programs recruitment agencies campus hiring job fairs social media campaigns and weekend recruitment drives Screen applications coordinate interview process attend and conduct interviews with the hiring managers BU leaders HR manager and other stakeholders Collaborates with the Talent acquisition specialist and HR Manager during the offer process identify and recommend salary ranges complete reference checks release offer letters and collect necessary documents Maintain and upkeep of recruitment system- TalentHub - ORC Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers and dashboard for reporting purposes Stay connected with the candidate s from offer acceptance till joining onboarding 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter Thorough understanding of current technology technical roles and technical skills Previous experience of ramp up volume hiring will be a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills A flexible approach to working hours and travel Primary Location India Pune Organization Stantec IN Business Unit Employee Status Regular Job Level Nonmanager Travel No Schedule Full time Job Posting 13 03 2025 04 03 10 Req ID 1000793
