Job Profile

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Accounts Manager
to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, numerically inclined, and eager to grow in the finance domain, specifically within the real estate industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions (journal entries, ledgers, vouchers)
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and internal records
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Assist in taxation, TDS, and GST compliance and filings
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoice processing and approvals
  • Liaise with external auditors and financial consultants as needed
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Technical Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and standards (GAAP/IFRS is a plus)
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior internship or 1–2 years of experience in real estate finance or corporate accounting is preferred but not mandatory.
