Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

  1. Introduce different processes and initiatives ensuring standardization of every center and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).  
  1. Create a collaborative community environment among members through the Community Managers and other departments to drive CSAT. Mapping and managing the lifecycle of a client from the time of move-in to departure.  
  1. Understand customer demography and thereby custom develop the experiences of the clients, to ensure maximum usage of facilities, amenities etc.  
  1. Understand data and be able to interpret business logic.  
  1. Renewals and expansions.  
  1. Ensure that buildings are fully operational, and processes are running smoothly.  
  1. End to end management of client relationship in respective centers.  
  1. Extensive Team Management and Growth.  
  1. Internal stakeholder management.  

Skills & Qualification Required: 

  1. BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or other related degrees. MBA preferred. 
  1. Strong client handling and relationship management skills with a very strong eye for detail.  
  1. 6-7 years of experience in a B2B customer facing role with a good business acumen.  
  1. 3+ years of people management experience is a must; experience managing teams of 5+ people is required.
