Preferred candidate profile

  • Propose feasible value engineering options for Building Structures during design development stages.
  • Identify the critical design items at each stage and manage the design teams in proposing efficient solutions.
  • Get the design review changes implemented by way of technical workshops/ meetings/ communication with consultants.
  • Conduct required design and constructability checks and issued the checked drawings as per the schedule.

Skills & competencies: Cost Management, project teams, procurement, Project team, Architects and MEP team

Practice: : 3 to 10 years experience in Design Management Knowledge of ETABS/STAADPRO/SAFE

Educational Qualification: B.E. Civil/ Masters in Structures
