Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis:
Assist in the analysis and design of structures for various sectors, utilities, and functions.
Prepare and review structural calculations, technical specifications, and design documents.
Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, safety codes, and project requirements.

Design Coordination & Review:
Support in reviewing consultant designs, checking calculations, and ensuring alignment with project quality standards.
Develop and refine structural layouts, collaborating with architects, MEP teams, and contractors.
Assist in seismic and wind load calculations, contributing to the safety and stability of structures.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance:
Ensure project execution aligns with approved structural designs and specifications.
Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved structural drawings.
Maintain high-quality standards through regular review and assessment of construction activities.

Technical Documentation & Approvals:
Prepare and manage detailed reports, structural drawings, and project documentation.
Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities for structural designs.
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize design efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Innovation & Material Selection:
Research and propose new materials and structural techniques to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
Assist in evaluating alternative structural systems for cost and performance benefits.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with consultants, project teams, and site engineers to ensure smooth implementation of structural designs.
Provide technical support and recommendations to resolve design-related challenges.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Structural Engineering or a related field.

Work Experience(Range of years):
8-12 Years

Preferred Industry:
Experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
