- Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales or related field (cold calling, telesales).
- Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with customers.
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Cold Calling, Mass Mailing, Telesales, Telecalling, Outbound Calling activities.
