Description
Key Responsibilities: FCCS Implementation & Support:
  • Lead or support end-to-end FCCS implementations including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Configure metadata, dimensions, consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and currency translations.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports using Smart View, Management Reporting, and Financial Reporting Studio.
  • Perform system administration tasks including workflow setup, task manager configuration, and security management.
Data Integration & Automation:
  • Integrate FCCS with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion GL) using Data Management, EPM Automate, or Integration Agent.
  • Automate data loads, validations, and transformation processes.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure data integrity across systems.
Financial Close & Reporting:
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, Ind AS).
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Required Skills:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 2–3 years in FCCS.
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation, accounting principles, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with FCCS metadata, business rules, and data integrations.
  • Proficiency in Smart View, FR Studio, and Management Reporting.
  • Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, and Calculation Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (FCCS).
  • Experience with other EPM modules like ARCS, TRCS, or EPBCS.
  • Background in finance or accounting (CA, CPA, CMA is a plus).
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
