Description
Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead or support full-cycle Oracle PBCS implementations.
  • Configure planning modules including Workforce, CapEx, Financials, and Projects.
  • Develop and maintain metadata, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Create and manage calculation scripts, Groovy rules, and data maps.
Data Integration & Automation:
  • Integrate PBCS with ERP systems using Data Management, FDMEE, or EPM Automate.
  • Automate data loads, validations, and transformation processes.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.
Planning & Forecasting:
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Collaborate with FP&A teams to optimize planning cycles and reporting.
  • Build and maintain reports using Smart View, FR Studio, and Management Reporting.
Client Engagement & Support:
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
  • Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
  • Document functional specifications and user guides.
Required Skills:
  • 4–6 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 2–3 years in PBCS.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes and planning models.
  • Hands-on experience with PBCS configuration, business rules, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Smart View, Groovy scripting, and EPM Automate.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (PBCS or EPBCS).
  • Experience with other EPM modules like FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
  • Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
