Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead or support full-cycle Oracle PBCS implementations.
- Configure planning modules including Workforce, CapEx, Financials, and Projects.
- Develop and maintain metadata, forms, dashboards, and business rules.
- Create and manage calculation scripts, Groovy rules, and data maps.
- Integrate PBCS with ERP systems using Data Management, FDMEE, or EPM Automate.
- Automate data loads, validations, and transformation processes.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Translate business requirements into functional designs for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to optimize planning cycles and reporting.
- Build and maintain reports using Smart View, FR Studio, and Management Reporting.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
- Document functional specifications and user guides.
- 4–6 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 2–3 years in PBCS.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes and planning models.
- Hands-on experience with PBCS configuration, business rules, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Smart View, Groovy scripting, and EPM Automate.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification (PBCS or EPBCS).
- Experience with other EPM modules like FCCS, ARCS, or EDMCS.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
