§ 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle financial close and consolidation cloud service (FCCS).§ 8+ successful end to end implementation in FCCS§ Excellent Functional knowledge on Financial Consolidation and close process§ Lead the overall project, solution design & design validation and guide the project team§ Lead the business requirement gathering sessions, Solution Demonstration, User Training and Testing§ Create project documents like BRD, SDD, Test Scripts and Manuals§ Strong in the technical capabilities of FCCS§ Strong understanding of the integration capability of the HFM and FCCS with EPM/Hyperion and other source/target systems using FDMEE/ODI/Data Management§ CA or MBA Finance by qualification§ Excellent verbal & written communication and great presentation skills i.e. ability to articulate the business and technologies in a concise, crisp manner to internal/external stakeholders§ Advanced knowledge of Spreadsheets (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets), PowerPoint, etc.§ Confident and assertive§ Open for long/short term travel based on the project need to GCC Countries§ Prior onsite projects experience in GCC region would be added advantage§ Knowledge on Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion/EPM Profitability and Cost management, Hyperion/EPM
