Role Overview

We are looking for a
Creative Manager
with a passion for visual storytelling and real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in
video scriptwriting, creative storyboarding, and collaborating with editors and designers
to produce engaging and impactful video content.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and can turn references into masterpieces while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop
    creative concepts, video scripts, and storyboards
    for real estate marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with
    video editors, motion graphic designers, and content teams
    to ensure top-quality execution.
  • Review and provide feedback on edits, visuals, and storytelling to maintain high standards.
  • Research, collect, and present
    reference materials
    to guide the creative team in achieving impactful outcomes.
  • Understand market trends in
    real estate and digital marketing
    to craft content that resonates with buyers and investors.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in
    creative direction, video content, or media production
    .
  • Strong portfolio of
    scripts, storyboards, or video campaigns
    (real estate marketing experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in collaborating with editors, designers, and production teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong research skills to identify best-in-class references and adapt them creatively.
