About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of proven experience in running successful digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation through Google Ads and Meta Ads, solid expertise in SEO, and basic hands-on knowledge of WordPress website management. Prior experience in the Education sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  2. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tracking tools, providing regular reports.

  4. Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve website rankings and organic lead generation.

  5. Update, maintain, and optimize the company's WordPress website (content uploads, pages edits, basic troubleshooting).

  6. Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and SEO-friendly content.

  7. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and ad policies.

  8. Ensure campaigns are fully compliant with industry standards and deliver quality leads for admissions.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

  2. Proven track record of running and scaling Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.

  3. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, etc.). 4. Basic to intermediate knowledge of WordPress CMS.

  4. Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and campaign optimization.

  5. Excellent communication and project management skills.

  6. Preferred: Previous experience working with Education/EdTech/Coaching Institutes.
