Job Overview: As a Digital Marketing Manager at Deityom Digital Marketing Agency, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across our digital channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals to track the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Oversee content creation for various digital platforms including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, messaging, and goals.
• Digital Advertising:
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital networks.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, grow followers, and promote content.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and manage the company's social media profiles.
• SEO and SEM:
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content and PPC campaigns.
• Email Marketing:
• Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Track and analyze email performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics and KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM systems.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in digital marketing(Typically 2 Years), including hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
