Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will drive student enrolment, brand visibility, and engagement by executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating compelling content tailored to aspirants and their parents.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust marketing strategies for Aifer's education programs and products
Execute digital campaigns on social media, search, email, and website to maximize reach and conversions
Research market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable plans
Create copy, content, and graphics for campaigns, blog posts, and alumni engagement
Organise webinars, workshops, and special events for audiences and partners
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and automation tools
Collaborate with sales, creative, and academic teams to align strategies and ensure brand consistency
Manage Aifer's online reputation and drive positive community engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Proven success in education or digital marketing (1–2 years experience preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative thinker able to develop innovative solutions.
Experience with CRM, CMS, and design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
