Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will drive student enrolment, brand visibility, and engagement by executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing data, and creating compelling content tailored to aspirants and their parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust marketing strategies for Aifer's education programs and products

  • Execute digital campaigns on social media, search, email, and website to maximize reach and conversions

  • Research market trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable plans

  • Create copy, content, and graphics for campaigns, blog posts, and alumni engagement

  • Organise webinars, workshops, and special events for audiences and partners

  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and automation tools

  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and academic teams to align strategies and ensure brand consistency

  • Manage Aifer's online reputation and drive positive community engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • Proven success in education or digital marketing (1–2 years experience preferred)

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, SEO, and analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Creative thinker able to develop innovative solutions.

  • Experience with CRM, CMS, and design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

  • Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
