Job Description -
- Regional Strategy & Business Growth:
- Define and execute the business strategy for the North Region, focusing on increasing market
- share, revenue, and profitability in the broadband and cable solutions segment.
- Sales & Revenue Management:
- Lead the regional sales team to achieve business targets by expanding the customer base,
- developing new market opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients.
- Tendering & Quotation Management:
- Lead end-to-end management of government and private sector tenders, including identification,
- technical and commercial bid preparation, quotation development, and submission. Ensure
- competitive pricing and compliance with tender requirements.
- Operations Management:
- Ensure seamless functioning of branch operations, including service delivery, technical support,
- billing, and customer care, maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales, operations, and support staff. Motivate
- and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders such as government bodies, private enterprises,
- corporate clients, and channel partners in Delhi NCR.
- Financial Management:
- Responsible for budget planning, cost control, and financial performance of the region. Monitor and
- optimize operational expenses and work towards improving profit margins.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and local government
regulations. Prepare periodic business reports for senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a leadership role in the telecom, broadband, or cable solutions
- industry, preferably handling regional operations, sales, and tendering activities.
- Strong knowledge of the broadband industry, market trends, and competitive landscape,
- specifically in Delhi NCR.
- Hands-on experience in managing tenders, preparing quotations, and commercial bid strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and profitability
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred
