We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Travel Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be accountable for business travel operations, especially for the US region and C-Suite travel requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management, and alignment with regional & global goals.

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end business travel operations with associates, TMC, airlines, hotels, and other partners.

Drive policy compliance, operational efficiencies, and digital transformation.

Suggest travel initiatives and savings opportunities by analyzing trends & traveler behavior.

Track and manage TMC performance, SLAs, and service expectations.

Provide operational support during emergencies and disaster management.

Act as the central point of contact for troubleshooting and associate queries.

Support senior management & group bookings for seamless logistics.

Maintain vendor database, ensure timely renewals, and produce regular reporting.

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in Corporate Travel Management, with expertise in the North America region

Experience in Travel Supplier Management in the US market

Knowledge of online booking tools & group bookings

Advanced MS Excel skills (reporting & data management)

Strong attention to detail, operational accuracy, and ability to work under pressure

If you have the expertise to manage global travel operations, build strong vendor partnerships, and ensure smooth travel experiences for senior leadership
