Designation: Associate

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in International Voice Process

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team

  • Respond to client queries via voice and written communication
  • Handle multiple client interactions efficiently and professionally
  • Manage workload through workflow tools and maintain accurate records

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive outcomes in every interaction
