Job Details:

    : Inbound Calling (No sales, upselling, or cross-selling)
  • Experience Required
    : 1+ years in Voice Process
  • Shift
    : Rotational shifts and rotational offs
  • Work Location
    : HCLTech, Noida Sector 144

Note: Candidates must reside within 35 km of the office


Responsibilities:

  • Handle client/Customer queries via voice and written communication
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
  • Manage multiple queries simultaneously
  • Use workflow tools and internal systems effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams for resolution
  • Maintain high service levels and quality standards


Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass
