Urgent hiring for Junior Data Analyst

Profile- Junior Data Analyst

Experience – 2 + years

ctc- upto 4.5 Lpa

Working Days – 6 days (2 and h sat off)

Location- Goregaon east, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Validation & Cleaning
  • Identify, analyze, and correct data quality issues.
  • Ensure completeness, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
  • Perform routine audits and validations to maintain data accuracy.
  • Data Extraction & Manipulation
  • Extract data from multiple internal and external sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets).
  • Use advanced SQL queries and scripts to manipulate large datasets.
  • Perform data wrangling using Python, R, or Excel.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decisions.
  • Interpret results using statistical tools and techniques.
  • Create summary statistics and actionable business insights.
  • Reporting & Visualization
  • Build automated and ad-hoc reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
  • Present data findings to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful format.
  • Collaboration with Teams
  • Work closely with business units to understand data requirements and deliver customized solutions.
  • Liaise with IT, data engineers, and database administrators to maintain data pipelines and ensure quality delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects requiring data analytics support.
  • Data Science Support (if applicable)
  • Apply basic machine learning models to solve predictive problems (e.g., classification, regression).
  • Use statistical methods for hypothesis testing and forecasting.
  • Develop prototypes and models using Python/R as per project needs.
  • Documentation & Best Practices
  • Document data dictionaries, data workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain clear documentation for repeatability and audit purposes.
  • Follow data governance and compliance standards.
